By accessing and using ZENTER ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

ZENTER provides a multi-tenant store management platform for restaurants, supermarkets, and other retail businesses. The Service includes product management, order tracking, payment processing, and analytics tools.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

ZENTER offers a free trial period. After the trial, subscription fees apply based on the selected plan. Payment is due monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Data Privacy

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
